- Parking is limited near the park but there is plenty of parking at the Galleria Mall (ice skating rink inside and tons of stores)

Many activities in and around this area including the Japenese Garden (open 9a-6p daily) and McGovern Centennial Gardens (open 9a-7p daily)

The Menil Collection is a museum and neighborhood of art spanning 30 acres in the heart of Houston, Texas.

The collection itself consists of approximately 17,000 paintings, sculptures, prints, drawings, photographs, and rare books.
