Where is the ceremony taking place?
The ceremony will be at St. Augustin Catholic Church in Des Moines.
Where is the reception taking place?
The reception is at Glen Oaks County Club in West Des Moines.
What is the dress code?
Formal
Can I bring a plus-one?
If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Feel free to reach out for clarification!
Are kids allowed?
Yes! We'd love to have your littles join the celebration! If they aren't listed when you RSVP, please make a note at the end so we know who's all coming!
What food will be served at the reception?
The adult entree is a cranberry-almond chicken with champagne vinaigrette served with dauphinoise potatoes with three cheeses and garlic green beans. The kid's entree is chicken tenders with fries.
When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP by July 30, 2025
Is there a block of hotel rooms?
Blocks were not reserved due to so many great options in close proximity to the reception venue. Please click the travel tab to view these choices. If you would prefer another hotel chain not listed, please reach out to Amy Harryman at 515-321-5537 for assistance in finding your favorite hotel chain in the Jordan Creek/Mills Civic area.
