While out on the town one night, Mitch and Megan stumbled into each other on the dance floor at one of Lewiston's classiest establishments...Boomtown (of which, they are proud to say, they have not visited since).

June 2013 - Mitch found Megan on facebook and after countless invites to a "bonfire at his parent's house", she finally gave in and joined him and a mutual friend at a bonfire (not at his parent's house, although his parents were also in attendance and were trying to figure out why this "broad" was holding Mitch's hand all night)

It didn't take long for them to realize that they had found their missing piece and began their adventure together.

January 2015 - they became parents to Pickle the miniature dachshund, who has kept their life interesting since the day they brought him home...and yes, he will be at the wedding, but good luck stealing him away from Grandpa Denny.

July 2020 - Mitch received the call that he had finally been accepted into the Seattle Fire Department's upcoming academy, a goal of his since he started his firefighting career. They packed up their life in Lewiston and headed to the big city to start a new chapter.

February 2021 - A quick trip to Seaside, Oregon over Valentine's Day Weekend was planned to just get away and explore the coast. While out taking Pickle for his morning walk on the beach February 13th, Mitch got down on one knee and asked Megan to marry him, to which she replied "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!? ARE YOU SURE?!? OF COURSE!!"

After 2,796 days, they were finally engaged and started planning the ultimate journey together.

July 2022 - We can't wait to celebrate with our closest friends and family who have been with us during this incredible journey. We wouldn't be where we are or who we are without you.
