1-Bedroom Condo Ocean Front Tower 1 – K - $227.48 including 29.99% taxes & fees per night (1-bedroom, 1-bath unit that includes 1 king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This comes fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, 3 TV’s, and a private balcony.)

1-Bedroom Marsh View Tower 2 – 2I - $179.39 including 29.99% taxes & fees per night (1-bedroom, one-bathroom coastal view suite features one King bed, full kitchen and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a private balcony, dishwasher, washer and dryer and two televisions.)

Reservation Policies

Deposit Policy: For stays 3 nights or less, a 1-night deposit plus tax/fees is required. For stays 4 nights or more, a 2-night deposit plus tax/fees is required.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival receive a full refund, minus a $39 processing fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.

Changes: No reservation changes are allowed within 14 days of arrival.

Early Check-Outs: No refunds for early departures.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Room Assignments: Room numbers are assigned on the date of arrival.
