For Early Check-In Requests:

Hotel check-in time is anytime after 3:00pm for all hotel guests.

Our #1 daily request is early check-in… Hershey is a year ‘round vacation and special event destination.

Requests will be noted, and our team will make every effort to honor early check-in requests on a first come, first serve basis.

The hotel is not able to guarantee early check-in availability nor will our staff know in advance if this will be an option.

Hotel check-out time is by 12:00 noon.

At approximately 12:00 noon on the arrival date, the hotel will know best whether or not an early check-in may be available, and guests are welcome to call the hotel at that time to check availability.

If check-in prior to 12 noon is available on the date of arrival, an early check-in fee will apply.
