Hershey Country Club is less than 1 mile from the church we are having our ceremony at, and just 1 road will take you there. The reception will be held on the patio of the Pavilion, it is under cover and heat lamps are available should any unseasonable temperatures occur in April

Cocktail Hour will begin 30 minutes following the anticipated end of the ceremony. We are giving ourselves a little wiggle room in case timing is not perfect and this allows us to get some photos with family following the ceremony without them missing the cocktail hour.

Formal/Cocktail. We would appreciate no showing of bellies, blue jeans or baseball hats. To our male guests, please feel free to choose either a tie or a jacket, both is not necessary

Will take place in the Picard Pavilion, is a seated and served 3 course dinner with cake to follow, of course.

We would appreciate subtle use of phones during the ceremony, please no stage mom antics or ipads in the crowd. Obviously, silence of devices would be ideal, but who has had their ringer on in the last 10 years. During the reception, we encourage you to take pictures to share with us, as we would love to see all the moments you see during our wedding day.

The ceremony is set to begin at 4 o'clock, please arrive at minimum 10 minutes before then so we are not competing with people trying to walk down the aisle. This comes from someone perpetually late, tell yourself to leave at least 20 minutes before you think you should in order to get to the church on time. Brady thinks I will be late for our wedding so let me be the only one (I'm joking hun)

We did not set up any hotel shuttles as most people are staying at different hotels or nearby. Total round trip should be less than 12 miles from any hotel to the church, country club and back. There are ubers/lyfts available if need be also.

Yes, the drinks will be flowing for free at our wedding. Hopefully we all indulge just the right amount; a sliding scale based on the individual.
