Attire
Pinks, navy blues, and grays are great, but any color except white, ivory and champagne are good.
The event is not black tie, but it is a formal event.
Golf or dress shirts and khaki or dress pants for the men. Dresses or dress pants and nice tops for the women.
Photos and Video
We have a photographer and videographer hired to document the day. While we ask that you refrain from having your phones out at the ceremony site, we HIGHLY encourage photos at the reception. There will be a QR code located at each table for the POV app. Take all the photos you want and they will automatically get added to an album for us to see the following day.
Transportation and Parking
We are offering a shuttle to and from the hotel so that you are able to enjoy yourselves and not worry about driving or parking. There is limited parking at the venue, but if you'd prefer to drive please refer to the map provided for venue location on the property.

Ceremony FYI's
The ceremony is outdoors in a grotto area directly next to the reception site. There are stairs and uneven grassy areas. For guests that are not able to navigate stairs or wish to have a "birds-eye view", there will be seats arranged at a level that does not require the use of stairs. This area is accessible from the handicap parking area.
Reception FYI's
The reception will be held in a pavilion directly adjacent to the ceremony grotto. This area has both under roof and outdoor seating with two fireplaces (one under the roof and one outside). Most importantly there is a dance floor that the bride expects to be on for the majority of the night and hopes that you will join her.
