After this date, the group room block is released to the general public and you will no longer have access to the special group rate.

At the time of reservation, a valid credit or debit card is required to hold the room by the individual guest. On the morning of check-in our system will charge the room rate + tax to the card on file. A $100 incidental hold is placed on the card at the time of check-in.

Reservations can be canceled by 4 pm the day prior to arrival without a cancellation penalty. Canceling a reservation within 24 hours of check-in would result in a fee of 1 nights room rate + tax.
