For the wedding, the dress code is formal and guests are asked to wear suits, fancy cocktail dresses or jumpsuits. Tuxedos and gowns are not expected but you're welcome to indulge in an opportunity to get all dressed up! Portions of the day will take place outside, weather permitting. For the welcome party, think semi-formal or business casual, including sun dresses or sweater dresses, khakis and a polo or button up, or trousers and a sweater. No suits or sport coats necessary. This event will be outside so please be mindful of the weather. The welcome party is an opportunity to mingle before the big day so we want you to be comfortable but snazzy!

There will be valet parking available at Hotel du Village for those driving themselves. For those staying at New Hope Inn & Suites, there will be a shuttle available to take you to Hotel du Village and drop you off after the reception. The first shuttle will leave New Hope Inn & Suites at 4:45, with another following shortly behind at 4:55 and will be returning to New Hope Inn & Suites starting at 8:30 and running every 15 minutes, as needed.

Unless a plus 1 is specifically included on your invitation, you shouldn't plan to bring anyone else with you.

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our celebration.
