Gosfield Hall has 23 Bedroom with exclusive use for guests of the Wedding! Details of bedrooms and what is left available after the Wedding Party and family have the choice to book the rooms will follow shortly.

You are able to check-in to your accommodation at Gosfield Hall from 12pm. If you arrive earlier, the bar is open from 11:30am.

For the ceremony guests a Wedding Breakfast will be included, choices are chosen when you RSVP. There will also be an evening Buffet for all guests at the reception in the evening. If you have any food allergies/intolerances or preferences please let us know of these when you RSVP.

Yes there is free parking available on site.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoor, however, you are able to use the outdoor spaces.

It is a card only bar and bar tabs can be opened. Cash is not accepted. Guests are asked to pay for their own drinks.

We ask that you do not bring or consume alcohol that has not been purchased at the venue. As per the terms and conditions of our venue booking, we can be charged up to £1000. If this is the case, it will be the individual(s) who will be liable to pay this and asked to leave the venue.

Any non-accidental damages or any action(s) that result in loss of all or part of the damage deposit will be paid for by the individual(s).

Please arrive for 1pm in order to be seated for the ceremony to begin at 1:30pm.

We ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony and we ask that no photos or videos taken are posted on social media before we do.

We ask that you do not bring your own confetti. Fresh petals will be provided on the day for guests to throw outside.

We kindly request that our guests join us in wearing formal attire for our special day. Additionally, being an October wedding we welcome autumnal colours. Please avoid wearing white, gold and green, as these are reserved for the Bridal and Wedding Party.

As we are keeping our wedding small and intimate, we have limited the guest list to close friends and family. We truly appreciate your understanding and we are so excited to celebrate with you.

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy, we have chosen to make our special day 'adults only'. We thank you for your understanding.
