We have reserved a block of rooms at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, Sainte Genevieve. Please call to book your stay and mention either the last name "McGrew' or "Schrepel" to get our special rate of $99 a night. The room block will be released two weeks before the wedding, so please book your hotel room by APRIL 17th, 2026. We will be organizing transportation from the Microtel to our venue and back on the wedding day, details below.

If you would like to pursue other accommodations, there are small Bed and Breakfasts in town, as well as some Airbnbs in the area. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please know you will either need to meet at the Microtel for transportation, or be responsible for your own transportation on the wedding day.

Transportation will be provided from the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Ste. Genevieve on the wedding day! Please be outside the hotel promptly at 4:30 PM for pickup. The shuttle will depart at 4:45 PM and drop off at the venue, Charleville. Guests will arrive at Charleville around 5:30 PM, the ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM. This shuttle service will also be available at the end of the night to return guests to the Microtel.

If you choose to drive yourself to Charleville, there will be parking available. Cars can be left over night as long as they are picked up by 9:00 AM Sunday morning.
