Welcome Party! 

Let's get this wedding weekend started! Join us for a casual, open-house style welcome party on Friday, May 1st from 5:30-8:00 PM. Feel free to stop by at any time - stay for a little or linger awhile! We'll have a taco bar and spirits ready to go, plus plenty of chances to mix, mingle, and meet fellow wedding guests. Feeling competitive or just playful? Jump into some sand volleyball, horseshoes, billiards, or ping pong - or just hang out and cheer everyone on!

Casual - comfy and fun encouraged! A light jacket is recommended.

Transportation

Transportation will not be provided and rideshare services (like Uber) are not available in this area. Guests are welcome to drive themselves and parking will be available at the front of the house. We kindly ask everyone to enjoy the evening responsibly and plan ahead for a safe drive.

Please note that while activities will be available, the pool will not be open for use.

Charleville Brewery & Winery 

We have lived in St. Louis, Missouri since August of 2023. While Trevor has been attending Chiropractic school at Logan University, Megan has been practicing as a Dental Hygienist. On Thursdays and Fridays, Megan travels and works in Ste. Genevieve, MO. While exploring some of the wineries in the area, we fell in love with Charleville and knew this is where we wanted to wed. We are excited to share the beauty of Missouri with our friends and family before moving back to Colorado shortly after the wedding. We realize we have chosen a venue "off the beaten path," and greatly appreciate our loved ones for making the journey. We know you will fall in love with Ste. Genevieve and Charleville like we have!

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT? 

St. Louis Lambert International Airport is the closest airport to Sainte Genevieve.

HOW DO I GET TO SAINTE GENEVIEVE?

Ste. Genevieve is approximately an hour and a half (75 miles) from the airport. We recommend getting a rental car for the duration of the weekend.

Travel

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ste. Genevieve

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Microtel Inn &amp; Suites by Wyndham, Sainte Genevieve. Please call to book your stay and mention either the last name "McGrew' or "Schrepel" to get our special rate of $99 a night. The room block will be released two weeks before the wedding, so please book your hotel room by APRIL 17th, 2026. We will be organizing transportation from the Microtel to our venue and back on the wedding day, details below.

If you would like to pursue other accommodations, there are small Bed and Breakfasts in town, as well as some Airbnbs in the area. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please know you will either need to meet at the Microtel for transportation, or be responsible for your own transportation on the wedding day.

Wedding Day Transportation

Transportation will be provided from the Microtel Inn &amp; Suites by Wyndham in Ste. Genevieve on the wedding day! Please be outside the hotel promptly at 4:30 PM for pickup. The shuttle will depart at 4:45 PM and drop off at the venue, Charleville. Guests will arrive at Charleville around 5:30 PM, the ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM. This shuttle service will also be available at the end of the night to return guests to the Microtel. If you choose to drive yourself to Charleville, there will be parking available. Cars can be left over night as long as they are picked up by 9:00 AM Sunday morning.

We cannot wait to share the beauty of Missouri with our friends and family!
