Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Yes, we will have a shuttle that will transport guests from the hotel to the venue and back.
How far is the reception from the hotel?
Venue One Eleven is located 8 miles from the Home2 Suites by Hilton Grand Blanc Flint. It is about a 13 minute drive.
What should I wear?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We ask that ladies wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) while cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors. There is also a courtyard that is in between cocktail hour and the reception for use.
When is the last day to RSVP?
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP prior to August 2, 2024.
If we do not receive your RSVP by August 2, 2024, it will be marked as "unable to attend." We will miss you celebrating with you us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Where can I park?
There is an ample amount of space in the parking lot of Venue One Eleven and streets around the building. There is no charge for parking.
Please note that parking is only allowed on one side of the street. No cars can be left on the street overnight.
Can I bring a guest?
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Are children welcome?
Although we love all of the little ones in our lives, our wedding is an adults only event.
Can I take photos?
We ask that during the ceremony you refrain from taking photos and keep your phones away. We would prefer an unplugged ceremony so that guests are not distracted by their devices and the professional wedding photographers can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. The rest of the night feel free to take as many photos as you would like!
Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Yes, please see the travel tab for the link to book a room, if needed. The last day to book inside the block is 8/19!
Which airport is best to fly into?
DTW - Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is an hour and 10 minutes away from the wedding venue.
FNT - Flint Bishop International Airport is 20 minutes away from the wedding venue.
**Only Allegiant Air, American Airlines and United fly in/out of the Flint airport.
