Sunday, Sept 1st 2024

We have arranged a bus to depart from Barcelona at 2:30 pm make sure you arrive to the bus by 2:00 pm. (If you need a private driver please let us know - we can help arrange one for you!)

Upon arrival, you will check in to your rooms and tour the property. Try not to lose it when you see how cool this house is.

At 7:00 pm we will travel together by bus towards the coast and arrive at La Caleta for drinks and to view the sunset.

Dinner will be held at Can Laury at 9pm, generously hosted by the Berrios Family. This evening event is an all-white affair, so remember to pack your linen!

Buses will be heading back to Casa Felix at 11:30 pm

(Don’t worry – you will have time to shower freshen up, and change prior to the Rehearsal Dinner!)

Monday, Sept 2nd (Wedding Day!)

We’re really excited for our special day. We will have a casual brunch as people get ready for the wedding between 9:00-11:00am.

Throughout the day, we chill, get ready, and enjoy the beautiful views from the villa.

Welcome drinks in the entrance garden begin at 4:30pm, and the ceremony itself will start at 5:00pm.

After the ceremony, we’ll move over to the Aperitif, followed by dinner at 7:00pm. After dinner, we will move downstairs for late-night music and dancing.

Dress Code: Formal. All guests, kindly wear black to the wedding.

Tuesday, Sept 3rd

On Tuesday, we will take it easy. Breakfast will be served from 9:00-10:00am.

At 10:15 am the bus will arrive and we will depart for the wine tour at Cavas LLopart. The tour will last for 2 hour and will be full of wine, cava, and light snacks.

We will head back to Casa Felix at 1:30 pm.

(If you decide not to go on the wine tour you can stroll around the town of Olivella, take a taxi to the coastal town of Sitges, or simply relax at the house)

Upon returning from the winery at 2:30 we have organized a BBQ and pool party to wrap up the festivities!

Wednesday, Sept 4th

You must vacate your room by 10:30am as guests will have to leave by 11am.

(The rehearsal dinner will be the same night as we check in so we recommend arriving in Barcelona or Sitges a day prior)
