Megan and Abraham's relationship began like many others during COVID-19 -- online. Megan's profile included a photo of her in a Beartooth (a band they both love) shirt, which piqued Abraham's interest. His first message to her was jokingly "Marry me." After two years of dating, it was no longer a joke. They share many passions, notably metal music and tattoos. Over the years they have attended metal/rock festivals and concerts, traveled to Cancun, skied in Pennsylvania and Colorado, and built a life together with their dog Luna.

Abraham proposed at a park near Lancaster, PA. He planned a nature walk with a hidden photographer to capture the moment. Not realizing the importance of said nature walk and wishing to avoid the rainy weather, Megan initially resisted going. After some convincing, they purchased coordinating umbrellas and set off for the walk. The rest is history!
