While we understand it may be early to make travel plans, Custer State Park Resort's accommodations book very quickly. Outside of the Park, options are limited and you can expect a drive time of 20 minutes or more from our reception location We are only able to set up a small block of rooms that will be released Monday September, 1, 2025. If you are at all interested in reserving a room or cabin on site, the Sylvan Lake Lodge recommend that you call and make your reservations as soon as possible so that you have the best possible chance of getting a room or cabin type that works for you.

Call 1-888-875-0001 to make your reservations and reference the Riel/Askegaard Wedding at the Sylvan Lake Lodge on Saturday June 20th, 2026 when calling. If there are no units in the block that suit your needs, you can ask what is available outside of the block, instead. Be prepared to charge the first and last night's deposit when making your reservation. If you do have to cancel, this deposit is refundable less a $25 cancellation fee if you do so at least 15 days in advance.

NOTICE: Roads leading up to ceremony site are steep and curvy mountain roads. There are also a series of low clearance tunnels that may be in your route depending on your origin.
