AT BLACK BUTTE RANCH:

Golf: Book your golf tee time here for either two award-winning golf courses, a driving range or a new putting course situated at the foot of the Cascades. Black Butte Ranch is a golfer’s paradise.


Spa: Offering massages, facials, body treatments, and nail treatments, the Black Butte Ranch Spa is a great spot to unwind after activities. Reservations in advance are highly recommended: 541.595.5878.


Swimming: The Lakeside pool and the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center pools will be open (daytime hours, no lifeguards).


Biking: With 18 miles of paved trails, Black Butte is the perfect place to bike! You may rent bikes and trailers at the Glaze Meadow Rental Shop (541.595.5877). For the Black Butte Ranch Bike Map, click here. Walking and running are also permitted on the paved trails.


Horseback Riding: The Black Butte Stables are open year-round and offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced trail rides. For more information, click here or call 541.595.2061.


Fly Fishing: Phalarope Lake is the only lake at Black Butte Ranch reserved for catch and release fly fishing. You may rent equipment at the Lakeside Activity Center.


Fitness Centers: Workout with cardiovascular and strength-training equipment at the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center and Lakeside Activity Center (daytime hours).


Black Butte Sports Pavilion: First-come, first-served courts are available for tennis, pickleball, sand-volleyball, frisbee golf, and basketball. Equipment can be borrowed from the Lakeside Activity Center (541.595.1282).


Glaze Meadow Recreation Center: First-come, first-served courts are available for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and horse shoes. Equipment can be borrowed from the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center (541.595.5879).
