To receive a 10% discount on lodging, book through Black Butte Ranch by calling reservations at 800.452.7455 or emailing reservations@blackbutteranch.com. Request a home or condo, and share that you are with Thomas-Sinclair Wedding. You may also reserve online. To receive the 10% discount, please include a note in the reservation that you are with the Thomas-Sinclair wedding.

You may reserve any home or condo at Black Butte Ranch. However, the Lodge Condos and Country House Condos are are within walking distance of the Saturday Wedding Ceremony and Reception. The rest of the homes are further away and require a car to easily get around the Ranch. There is no transportation available on the Ranch. For a map of Black Butte, click here.

The Lodge Condos and Country House Condos may book up quickly. If they are booked, other houses around the Ranch should be available. If you call the reservations number above, they will be able to help you find what accommodations are available. You can also look online to see what lodging types are available.

Other lodging may also be booked via AirBNB and VRBO, but the 10% discount is not applicable.

Please book as soon as possible as the Sisters Quilt Show is the same weekend and lodging is booking quickly.
