Will there be transportation to & from the wedding venue?
Yes- transportation to and from the venue will be provided through Carolina Livery Services. Guests will be picked up at the Aloft Durham Downtown. One bus will depart at 4:30 PM and the second bus will depart shortly after at 4:45 PM. There will also be bus rides back to the hotel from the venue with the following staggered departure times: 9:15 PM, 10:15 PM, & 11 PM. Uber/Lyft & taxis are also accessible in these areas. It may be beneficial to schedule these rides ahead!
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes- there is ample parking for those who wish to drive!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather pending, the ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors in an area shaded by trees or a cover. The reception will be indoors in air conditioning!
What time should I arrive to your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive to the venue between 4:45 PM and 5:15 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM with cocktail hour and the reception to follow!

What is there to do in Durham?
We have many favorite bars, restaurants, & activities! I highly recommend checking out the Sarah P. Duke Gardens & the Saturday Durham Farmer's Market. Please see the "Things to Do" tab for suggested restaurants, bars, and activities. Some of our absolute favorite restaurants require reservations, so remember to book ahead!
What drinks will be served at your wedding?
Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, such as lemonade, tea, and water. There will also be an open bar with wine, beer, and liquor options. Cash tips for the bartenders are greatly appreciated!
