When do I need to RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by September 1st so we can finalize headcounts and seating charts, but feel free to RSVP as soon as you are able. Thank you!!

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating — doors close at 4:30 PM and we will not be able to seat late arrivals. Arriving on time helps ensure everyone is present for the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

We love your partners and kiddos, but this time it’s adults-only and by-invitation-only. Think of it as a night off—dinner, dancing, and drinks without needing a babysitter (unless you're one of the parents of the bride or groom 😉). We also need to give our vendors the courtesy of an accurate guest count, so unless a plus one is added to your RSVP, please refrain from bringing anyone that is not specifically listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!

What's the dress code?

Formal attire/Black-tie optional. Please dress in your favorite formal outfit that makes you feel great. Our wedding party will be wearing floor-length black gowns and black tuxedos, so long evening attire fits the vibe. Please avoid shorts, khakis, jeans, and casual sundresses. If you have questions about the dress code, feel free to reach out to the bride!

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

We won’t be providing shuttles, but the venue is super accessible! If you’re staying nearby, walking is a great (and scenic!) option. It will only be about a 7 minute walk from either hotel! Otherwise, we highly recommend using Uber, Lyft, or your favorite rideshare app to keep things easy and stress-free. Plus, no need to worry about parking—or choosing a designated driver. Prefer to drive? There’s a secure garage at the venue with parking available for $10.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception taking place?

We’ll be tying the knot outdoors, celebrating with cocktails outdoors, and dancing the night away—you guessed it—outdoors. The only exception? Dinner, which will be served indoors. It’s October in Indiana, which means the weather could be crisp and golden… or it could throw a tantrum. If it rains (say it ain’t so), we’ll move everything inside and keep the party going—dry and cozy. We’ll also have heaters and outdoor fire pits to keep you warm while you mingle, toast, and boogie. Dress for the weather, embrace the adventure, and get ready for a little fresh air and a lot of love.
