Our Wedding

Jeremy and Megan met in July of 2022 in the most stereotypical way possible - at a bar. The bar specifically was Broad Ripple Tavern in Indianapolis. Jeremy was out with his friend Richie Ware (groomsmen), and Richie knowing that Megan had just moved into the Broad Ripple area, invited her out to join them as well. Megan went to meet them along with her best friend, Teagan Shaw (maid of honor), and from the moment Megan sat down the connection was instant.

The two bonded over their careers in healthcare (Pharmacist &amp; Nurse) as well as the fact that Megan's family is also full of pharmacists (Mother, Father, Aunt, Uncle, &amp; Grandfather), and that Jeremy's mother (Crystal Payne) is also a nurse. Jeremy is also a Butler Bulldog and attended college with Megan's brother (Logan Wagner). They shared a love for finding the humor in all things, and most importantly always being able to have a good time.

The pair has been dating ever since August 2022 and have enjoyed every moment of it! Whether they are together hanging out with friends, traveling, spending time at the lake, hosting dinner parties, or sitting at home on the couch watching old seasons of Survivor, there is never a shortage of laughter and love.

Megan and Jeremy got engaged on April 26th, 2025 at Holliday Park in Indianapolis where they had one of their first dates. They were surrounded by their immediate family members on the day of their engagement, but are so excited to get to celebrate with all of YOU as they officially tie the knot on October 10th, 2026!

Tux vs. Suit: What's the Difference?

We’re using our wedding as an excuse to dress up—please wear that gown, suit, or tux you’ve been saving! The dress code is Formal / Black Tie Optional: long dresses, cocktail dresses, tuxedos, or suits are all welcome. No color restrictions, just please avoid white. Please reach out to the bride or groom with any questions. Thank you!

Travel

One of Megan and Jeremy's favorite activities while living downtown was walking along the canal. This 3 mile walk offers views of White River State Park, the Indiana State Museum, the Eiteljorg Museum, and the Fresco Italian cafe where you can enjoy gelato, characuterie, and an aperol spritz on the patio!

Indianapolis Canal Walk

Massachusetts Avenue, affectionately known as Mass Ave, is a pedestrian-friendly haven. There are many places to dine including our favorites - Salt on Mass, The Eagle, BODHI, and the Oakmont (also a fabulous brunch spot). If you're looking for libations we recommend Burnside Inn, Fat Dan's, The Exchange, and The Ball and Biscuit. Also, check out Goodfella's Pizzeria for a fun surprise in the back of the restaurant! There are also plenty of boutiques, art galleries, and activities to do along Mass Ave. We recommend checking out Silver in the City and Penn &amp; Beech Candle Co.

Mass Ave Cultural Arts District

Check out the Bottleworks District! Bottleworks Hotel is an old Coca-Cola bottling factory. Located inside the hotel is the bar Sundry &amp; Vice which has a speak easy feel to it! The Garage Food Hall is located here and holds several different options for food and drinks (think of it as an adult food-court). Additionally, there is a Pins Mechanical Company which is a bar that includes duck-pin bowling, darts, jenga, and is kid-friendly until 9pm. If none of that is your speed, there is also the Living Room Movie Theatre that includes delicious food and recliner chairs!
