Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa
For the accommodations we have chosen the all-inclusive Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa, a 5-star beachfront resort on Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This area has some of the best beaches with clear turquoise water, lots of palm trees, and fabulous all-inclusive resorts. It's a great area for active water sports, relaxing on the beach, or exploring the cobblestone streets and famous boardwalk, the Malecón. Staying at an all-inclusive resort means that all your meals, drinks and entertainment are provided for a week, and your only decision will be whether to order steak or seafood, and a corona or a piña colada!

As a reminder, final payment for travel packages are due on November 25, 2023. Our travel agent, Elaine from Algonquin Travel will be contacting you for payment around this time.

Airport Transfers
For guests travelling with a charter flight (e.g., Sunwing or Air Transat), you have an included airport transfer from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport to Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa on arrival and from Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa to the Puerto Vallarta airport on departure day. Please continue to monitor your email for specific information pertaining to your travel.
Private Bus Between Ottawa & Montreal
As a reminder, we have pre-arranged a private coach bus for those departing from Ottawa. This will be free of charge for guests.
Wakey, wakey! On Monday February 12th, the bus will be picking everyone up at 6am at the Gloucester Shopping Centre parking lot in front of Loblaws (1980 Ogilvie Rd, Gloucester, ON K1J 9L3). The bus will be leaving at 6:15am sharp to transport everyone directly to the Montreal airport in time for your flight at 11:30am.
On Monday February 19th, the bus will be picking everyone up from the Montreal airport following the arrival of the flight at 11:55pm and transporting you back to Ottawa. The bus will drop everyone back off at the Gloucester Shopping Centre parking lot.
Please note that no alcohol is allowed on board the bus.
