Hold Out is one of our favorite places in Austin! There is a coffee shop with AMAZING breakfast & brunch in the front (actually called Better Half) and a brewery in the back (Hold Out). Brunch is served until 3pm on the weekends. Outside seating only - perfect for big groups!

There is a ten-mile walking and bike path along Lady Bird Lake, that we highly recommend! The path has many entrances off of Cesear Chavez; from our hotel block, walk south down Congress (away from capital building) until you cross Cesear Chavez, there will be entrances to the path on either side of the street.

Visit the Lyndon B Johnson library!

Walk the grounds of the Capital Building (3 blocks from our hotel)!

This is a 9-hole 'mini golf' course with longer holes requiring you to use both a pitching wedge and a putter. Super fun for groups!

Barton Springs pool is a natural spring pool that feds in from Lady Bird Lake! $5 tickets will get you into the "pool" and this is a perfect activity for a hot day! No food or beverages allowed.

Zilker Park is an iconic park overlooking the downtown Austin skyline! We love to bring a blanket, snacks and games to hangout + people watch.
