Our Wedding

Our first date was September 2022. We enjoyed scratching the surface and getting to know each other over drinks and appetizers at one of our local breweries. Megan was charmed by Sebastian’s southern accent, gentle manner and blue eyes. Sebastian thought Megan was beautiful, smart and witty. If you know Megan she doesn’t hold back, which was intriguing to him. After our first date, we continued to talk and went on more dates, the Fresno County Fair being one of Megan’s favorites, playing the carnival games really brought out both our competitive sides. Our love for each other blossomed as time went on and we started spending more time together. They say when you know you know! As our love grew stronger we had the serious talk about our future, marriage and family. We were very blessed with the happiest news finding out we were pregnant. We had a very small gender reveal party at the park where Sebastian had an extra surprise up his sleeve. Before hitting the golf ball to share the gender of the baby with everyone, he got down on one knee and proposed. We welcomed baby Brooks in February and have been enjoying parenting together and watching him grow. Now we are on to our next big adventure the wedding and our Happily Ever After.

More like a sister from another mother. Brit and I met playing adult co-ed softball in 2012 and have been close ever since.  She is married with 2 kids that we adore and we are their honorary Aunt and Uncle.

My oldest and dearest friend. Brittany and I met in middle school where we were on a travel soccer team together.  We quickly became close friends sharing long car rides and out of town hotels for our weekend tournaments.  Ask her about her nickname BLB!

We met looking for roommates in 2012.  Our first meet up felt more like an awkward 1st date over dinner and asking all the questions.  Her and Bubba her dog were a perfect fit for Penny and I.  We grew very close living together, sharing meals, lots of wine, early morning workouts and many nights on the couch in our Pjs.

We have a block of rooms available at this Holiday Inn Express. Which is the closest hotel to the venue (10 min drive).

No room blocks: however, this hotel is close to where we live and in walking distance to Old Town Clovis which has a lot of family owned restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, bars and farmers markets. We visit this area often.

The town of Shaver Lake California borders its southwestern shore. Shaver Lake is 50 miles northeast of Fresno, California. Pine forests on the granite mountains of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range in the Sierra National Forest hug Shaver Lake, full of sapphire blue waters. They offer boat rentals, jet skies, and Kayaks. You can beach swim and relax on the sand. The town has a few restaurants. We like: Shaver Pizza and The Pub n Grub.

Pismo Beach, a classic beach town, is located on California’s famous central coast, halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles along Pacific Coast and 101 Highways. We offer long white beaches for taking a pleasant stroll or for just enjoying the spectacular views of the Pismo Beach sunset

One of our favorite places to taste wine. 2 hours from Fresno is Paso Robles. Halfway between the two main California metropolises of Los Angeles and San Francisco is Paso Robles Wine Country.
