Both! The ceremony will be held outdoor weather permitting at the Pine Cathedral site, while cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoor at the Pine Pavilion and the White Oak Barn ballroom.

We are excited to see you dressed in semi-formal and/or cocktail attire! We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Please refrain from wearing jeans/ denim, t-shirts, sneakers, flip-flops, and such. If you need help on this, we've provided a visuals to help!

As individuals who work in education, we enjoy spending time with your children. However, due to a few factors, we respectfully request this be an adults only event. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you receive a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. We are trying to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family, and so we kindly request that you adhere to the guest list specified in your invitation. We truly value your presence and hope you will respect this request.

The ceremony will start at 3:00pm. Arriving to the venue 20-30 minutes early is a great way to ensure you can find the venue, park, and settle in before it begins! Any late-comers will be hazed mercilessly.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow everyone to fully enjoy the moment. We’ll have professional photographers and videographers capturing all the special moments, and photos and video will be shared with you after the event.

We are delighted to host the bar until our purchased alcohol is gone. After that, a cash bar will be available!

Our reception will end at 11pm.

You will be dearly missed!! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know ASAP, and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.

If we do not receive your RSVP by September 1st, it will automatically be marked as a "not attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day, as there will be no seating, food, and drink accommodations for you. Thank you for understanding!!
