Tri-State Travel Pick Up and Drop Off Plan for Wedding

FIRST STOP- Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa-Meet at the Lobby Entrance-bus arrives at 3:15pm and departs at 3:30pm

SECOND STOP-Downtown Galena-Meet behind Desoto House at the corner of Commerce and Green Street-bus arrives at approximately 3:40 pm and departs at 3:45pm

THIRD STOP-Irish Cottage-Meet at front entrance-bus arrives at 3:50 and departs at 3:55pm

The bus will come back to Green Street and/or Irish Cottage if necessary to pick up more people if there was not enough room on the bus at the first pick up. There will only be that first pick-up at Eagle Ridge.

The bus will do the following 3 pick ups at the end of the night at Ashton Hill and drop off at the 3 spots above.

11pm…leaving the Wedding Reception at 11:15pm.

ATTIRE FOR WELCOME PARTY IS SUMMER CASUAL AND THE EVENT IS INDOORS. DINNER AND DRINKS WILL BE SERVED.

ATTIRE FOR WEDDING IS SEMI FORMAL AND THE CEREMONY AND COCKTAIL HOUR ARE OUTDOORS AND RECEPTION/DINNER IS INSIDE. IN THE EVENT OF RAIN, PLAN B GOES INTO EFFECT AND ALL WILL BE INSIDE.
