Meg and Mike first crossed paths at work in 2020, but it wasn’t until the spring of 2021 that the sparks really started to fly. Their first date was at Pollyanna Brewery for a trivia night – Meg may not have crushed the questions, but luckily Mike was there to carry the team (and impress her a little too).

From there, it was brewery hopping, Cubs games, and a spontaneous trip to San Diego. By September 2021, they officially became a couple and have been making memories together ever since, traveling to some amazing places along the way.

In the spring of 2022, they moved in together and soon after welcomed two new additions to their little family: Tito and Maya. Tito came first, but it didn’t take long for Meg to realize he needed a buddy – that’s when sweet Maya joined the crew.

Fast forward to October 2024: while on the beach with friends, Mike had a plan. While Meg was caught up playing football in the sand, Mike got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Of course, she said yes!

Our story has been full of laughter, love, and adventure – and we’re just getting started. We can’t wait to have you by our side as we say I do!
