The ceremony starts at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm to locate your seat. At 5:00pm, the venue will not allow any cars to enter the property until the ceremony is over. Please plan accordingly.

We can't wait to see our guests get dressed up in cocktail/formal dresses for women and a suit or dress shirt with a tie for men! No jeans please. Ladies please avoid wearing the color green.

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults only. We want the parents to be able to relax and enjoy the evening! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.

Yes! The staff from the venue will be able to direct you to the parking lot. There is also handicap parking available. All cars have to be removed from the venue that night.

Starting at 4:00pm there will be a shuttle to take guests from the hotel (holiday inn) to the venue. The shuttle will make multiple stops and ends at midnight.

As long as the weather stays beautiful the ceremony will be outside. The reception will be inside but guests will be able to dance outside on the deck and enjoy the bonfire pits outside.

Yes! Cocktail hour will be from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Make sure to look out for the bride and groom!
