Black tie-optional/cocktail attire. Men may wear tuxedos, suits or sport coats. Ladies have the option of cocktail dresses, gowns or a nice pantsuit. Please avoid wearing shades of white, ivory, or cream.
will the reception and ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
the ceremony will be taking place outdoors, as well as the cocktail hour. dinner and reception will be held indoors.
are you providing a shuttle service?
yes, shuttle services will begin approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony starts and will also be available from 9:30pm to 11:30pm during the evening. they will be taking guests to and from the Holiday Inn at Grand Prarie.
is there parking available at the venue?
yes, parking is available at the venue. upon arrival, you will be directed towards the parking lot. there will be a golf cart shuttle service to drop you off at the ceremony and take you back to your vehicle later in the evening.
have you reserved blocks at any hotels?
yes, we have a room block reserved at the holiday inn and suites at grand prairie for both friday and saturday night.
