Where Max proposed and one of the best outdoor spots in Oshkosh, Menominee Park sits along Lake Winnebago and features walking trails, a small zoo, paddle boats, and playgrounds. It’s ideal for a peaceful morning walk and a bit of nature.

Had to save one of the most special places for last! This is the first place Meghan ever ate in Oshkosh before touring UW-Oshkosh campus and her dad says “this is when I knew you would be staying in WI”. Max also made it special by planning lunch here the day we got engaged! Located right on the water, Dockside Tavern in Oshkosh is a perfect place to unwind, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy beautiful lake views.
