We kindly request that our guests dress in cocktail attire. The wedding ceremony will be held outside with the Cocktail hour having both an indoor and outdoor space to mingle. The reception will be held indoors.

We kindly ask our guests to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins, to ensure you find your seat and get settled in. Due to the venue's close proximity to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, traffic can back up the roads near the venue so we encourage you to be mindful of any possible delays.

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, Hilton Garden Inn, and Holiday Inn Express, as well as to the Jetty following the reception for the informal after party. If you're staying at the Best Western, please use the Hilton as your transportation meeting point, as it is just a short walk away. For guests staying at other locations, please note that ride-share services are extremely limited on Kent Island. For more details, please visit the Travel page.

Buses will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:30pm and then have a stop at the Holiday Inn which will depart for the wedding at 3:40pm. The buses will not be doing a second loop. For guests staying at the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, the hotel will have a sprinter van doing loops which you can pick up outside the hotel lobby.

While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration.
