Please send your RSVP card with your meal selections by May 24, 2025. Additionally, please note that all RSVPs will be marked as declined if not received by May 24th to accommodate final head counts.

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes beforehand to accommodate for parking and timely arrival.

The dress code is Black Tie Encouraged. We request that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or formal pantsuit. We look forward to celebrating with everyone in their most elegant attire!

Although we love your little ones, this is strictly an adult-only wedding. Make it a date night! We can't wait to celebrate with you and thank you in advance for your understanding.

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest family and friends. Due to limited space, we thank you for not bringing a guest unless clearly specified on your wedding invitation.

There will be parking lot with handicap parking directly next to the church. For the reception, we recommend that you park in the Fort Duquesne & Sixth Parking Garage that is across the street from the Renaissance. The hotel will can also provide valet if you choose to do so.

We have a room block at the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel and the The Westin Pittsburgh. Please mention the "Rodgers/Evans wedding" for a special rate. Due to limited amount of rooms, you may want to consider booking sooner rather than later. Reservations for these blocks will close on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. We are currently working to book an overflow block at another nearby hotel. Stay tuned!
