I enjoy starting at a cafe like Trouble Coffee, Beachside Coffeebar and Kitchen (I worked here after grad school) or Java Beach Cafeon Judah St (at the end of the N line). Then I walk across Ocean Hwy to Ocean beach and turn right walking up the beach. You can walk to the end, move on to the sidewalk going uphill and explore the Sutro Bathhouse ruins and Lands End.
There are sometimes food fairs or live music at Jack London. Try Pizza at Plank or sit down for a glass of wine and delicious treats at Rosenblum Cellars. There's good food, coffee, wine, beer, ice cream, and more to explore.
I've never been, but I really want to go! They recently opened a new section dedicated to California land and animals.
Sometimes people like to explore the outlets when they travel. We have several great locations:
Livermore Outlets They are actually called San Francisco Premium Outlets, but they're not really in SF.
Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek
