Shuttles will be provided from Homewood Suites and TownePlace Suites to and from the wedding venue on Saturday. The shuttles will pick guests up from the hotels at 4:15 PM, please be in the hotel lobby promptly at 4:00 PM. Shuttles will pick guests up from the venue to return to the hotels at 10 PM. If you are not taking the shuttle to and from the wedding venue, Uber and Lyft are available, as well, parking at the venue.

Yes, the entire venue from the parking lot, to the ceremony, and the reception, is one level and is ADA accessible.

Yes, there is a large parking lot that is located right by the venue. However, no vehicles are allowed to be left overnight on the venue premises.

No, you cannot leave your car at the venue overnight. If you plan on drinking alcohol at the wedding, please plan on using the shuttle, a ride-share app, or a designated driver.

We have booked a block of hotel rooms at Homewood Suites and TownePlace Suites. You can book your hotel room through the link or by phone, which are listed under the Travel page on this website.

Yes, the deadline to book at the hotel block is August 9th. We recommend booking your hotel room sooner rather than later, as the hotels may book up.

If the weather is cooperative, the ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour will be a mix of inside and outside. The reception will be inside with air conditioning. Yes, the outside ceremony may be hot!
