What is the dress code for your wedding?
Formal. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color with a tie or bowtie and women wear an evening gown or cocktail dress.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by 09/07/2024.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
We will have a chartered bus bringing people from the Cosmos Club to the Ceremony and back.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Yes, there will be a gap between the wedding ceremony and reception. The ceremony will be from 1:30 pm-2:30 pm, and cocktail hour will begin at 5:00 pm.
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
We invite you to RSVP online here at theknot.com/maximilianandmelanie or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, please note your dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Yes, please note that in your RSVP.
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?
The Cosmos Club is about a 3 minute walk from the Dupont Circle Metro Station (Red Line). You can also drive or Uber.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
Yes, there is ample free parking at Saint Thomas à Becket Catholic Church, and there is valet parking at The Cosmos Club.
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
The wedding reception will end at 10:00 pm. Guests are welcome to go out in D.C. afterwards.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We'd prefer for this to be an unplugged ceremony and reception so our photographer can get the best shots possible.
