Ryan and Melanie met on what seems to be the Callanan’s way of finding their partner’s… Bumble. They talked for about a month and finally met on what was going to be a Friday but Ryan didn’t want to waste his Friday night if Melanie was a drag so they met on a Thursday. To Ryan’s surprise Melanie wasn’t a drag and they ended up spending the rest of the weekend together. Fast forward through Ryan completing the State Police Academy, rescuing their dog Jerry, both of them advancing their careers and a pandemic they almost called it quits. But after both of them working the frontlines they found that if they could make it work during a pandemic they could get through whatever else life throws at them. So to welcome 2021 Ryan popped the question in January! Now they live in their own home and are ready to party come September 24th 2022!
