Rooms have been blocked at Gurneys Newport, The Wayfinder Hotel in Newport and The Residence Inn by Marriott located in Middletown RI. We have also listed other hotels if the room blocks are full by the time you reserve. We suggest booking your room sooner rather than later due to the volume of weddings in Newport this coming year! Yes! There will be buses taking everyone from Gurneys and the Residence Inn to and from the Church. Residence Inn buses will leave at 12:40pm and then travel to Gurneys to pick up the rest of the guests at Gurneys. The buses will leave Gurneys at 1:15pm from the Convention Center Entrance and head to the church for the 2pm Ceremony. The buses will then leave the church at 3pm and travel back to Gurneys for cocktail hour!

At Gurneys there are plenty of areas to sit back and relax on a lounge chair next to the fire-pits or take in the ocean on an adirondack chair. There are also three different restaurants and bars on site if you want to grab a quick drink before cocktail hour! You can also explore the marina or go freshen up in your hotel room!

Yes! There will be transportation to The Residence Inn following the reception at Gurneys! There will be a 14 passenger bus that can take you back to the Residence Inn anytime from 8pm to 1:30am!

Yes! Gurneys has a shuttle service that can bring you downtown and pick you up. Please ask the front desk for exact times and more information!
