Our love story began on a church event where I was playing the bass and she was singing. The more I heard her sing , the more I fell in love. After the service I told Mary to introduce her to me but she said NO , to do it myself , so me without hesitation I went to her and said “Meliany, God Bless You, I just wanted to tell you that I love how you sing, you sing beautiful” and after that I left quick without telling her my name or anything 😂.
Even though I thought I blew it ,I didn’t . I found out she liked me too but I still had one problem, I didn’t have no way to reached out to her plus I didn’t dare to ask for her number. Months passed, till one day I texted Mary and told her about a dream that I had with Meliany , then I told her” I’m gunna marry her “. Mary ask me if I wanted her number and I said yeah but deep inside I was nervous. I took like a whole hour to txt her , but I did it 🙌🏻🙌🏻 and the rest is history, I guess dreams come true after all .

The love story began here for me. I had a worship practice. As I walked into the church I noticed someone different playing the bass. Truly, I thought to myself he’s so handsome and so confident. Immediately as I was done with my part of the practice. I ran upstairs of the church super excited to my mom. I said to her with such a smile “Mom, I need you to come down. My husband is here.” She laughed and came down to see. She said “Let’s Pray!” So I stayed hopeful, kept it to myself, and prayed to God. Later on, I was at the event he had to play at and I had to worship too. The event was over and I hear from behind someone say my name. “Meliany! Meliany!” it was him. I smiled steadily. Him not knowing that I was jumping on the inside. He told me with such a great big smile “Meliany, God Bless You, I just wanted to tell you that I love how you sing, you sing beautiful.” I left quickly knowing “Yes, he’s going to be my husband.” I prayed some more and waited a little more. Lastly, as I got on my knees praying for him. Ding! 📲
I get the best unexpected text of my life. “God bless Meliany, this is Luis…” I prayed for him as my secret love language. I will forever continue to pray for him. Prayer is the key that will always bring us together. That’s how our love story truly unfolded with God at the center working! ♥️
