Yes, there is a room block at Hotel Haya where all of the wedding festivities will take place! Additional room blocks at the hotel may be added if needed, pending on availability. The deadline to book your room at Hotel Haya with our room block discount is May 23, 2024. If you need any suggestions on a different area to stay in, feel free to ask!

We kindly ask that all guests attending the ceremony are seated by 5:15. Ceremony: 5:30 PM–6:00 PM Cocktail Hour: 6:00 PM–7:00 PM Reception: 7:00 PM–11:00 PM

We have decided to have an "unplugged" wedding ceremony. Our hired professionals will be taking plenty of photos for us to share with you! However, we encourage photos once we have exited the ceremony area.

Yes, valet parking will be available. We encourage guests to utilize their services or park at one of the paid parking lots across the street. The valet fee is a reduced rate of $10 per vehicle. Overnight parking with the hotel valet is $35 per night.
