The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Fraser River Lodge. The ceremony will be located outside on the field or under the marquee tent. The cocktail hour will be hosted both indoors and outdoors, with yard games available, depending on the weather. The reception will be held indoors at the lodge.

Our ceremony will officially begin at 3:00pm! We suggest arriving by at least 2:30pm, so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in before we say "I DO"!

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

As much as we adore your children, this will be an adults-only wedding. Thank you for your understanding!

If you have not been contacted regarding accommodations at Fraser River Lodge, unfortunately, there are limited spaces remaining. The only rooms that may still be available are the Bison Rooms.

Under the Travel tab are a list of websites that you can chose from to stay for the night. Fraser River Lodge is located 20 minutes from Chilliwack, Harrison Hot Springs & Hope. Yes! There is a whole parking lot that is for wedding guests only! Once you arrive to the location, there will be signs specifying & guiding you where to park!

To ensure we are fully present during our ceremony, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask that you turn off or silence all phones during this time. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment, and we'd be happy to share any pictures with you upon request! During the cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

Our top priority is ensuring the safety of our guests. If you need assistance finding a ride home, please reach out to either Melissa or Stuart, or any of the staff at Fraser River Lodge, and we'll help arrange a safe way for you to get home. That said, we want everyone to have a great time! If you need to leave your car overnight in the parking lot, please make sure to pick it up by 10:00 AM the following morning.

Each guest will be given 2 drink tickets and wine will be served during dinner. Bar will be a full price bar, payment by cash or card.
