Were so excited to have you share in our special day. If traveling from out of town we encourage you to make a vacation out of it and enjoy all the beauty and fun activities that the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. We love it here and so will you.
By Plane: Denver International Airport (DIA) is the largest airport to fly into Colorado if youre from out-of-state. Its a 3+ hour drive to Glenwood Springs. so keep in mind you will have to count on renting a car or finding other means of additional transport.
Regional airports: Vail (EGE 45 min) Aspen (ASE 1.5 hr), Grand Junction (GJT 1 hr), Montrose, easier drive than Denver if flying Southwest (2 hr).
By Car: From Denver, its very simple. Drive West on I-70 for 200-some miles and exit at Glenwood Springs. Please note: Uber & Lyft are not common in the Roaring Fork Valley.
By Train: The Amtrak runs from Denver Union Station to Glenwood. You could take the scenic route through Glenwood Canyon and make it a grand adventure if you fly into Denver or prefer not to drive from the Front Range. The Bustang Bus also goes from Denver Union Station to Glenwood, for anyone looking for transport from the airport.
To get to Sunlight Mountain Resort: take Highway 82 to Grand Avenue, Grand to 27th, 27th to Midland, and 27th to 4 Mile Road all the way up to the Mountain! Sunlight Resort is located on the left-hand side.
