Matthew and I met our sophomore year in college while being in a communication class together. We soon realized how much we had in common and how Matt had a British accent. Our professor at the time found us on the last day of classes and said “call me when you get married”. We laughed because we were just friends who partner up in class often, but clearly she could see something we didn’t know would become our forever.

Matthew and I met in August of 2013 and started dating January 28th 2014. Matthew and I faced some long distance early in our relationship until April 2017 when we moved together to Charlotte, North Carolina to start our futures together. We have since traveled to many new cities and counties, bought our first home, and have played/watched countless hours of soccer/golf together.

Matthew asked me to marry him on January 24th 2020 while we were in NYC. We were on a pier in Brooklyn, NY facing the NYC sky line on the most beautiful blue sky day. We cannot wait to share our love with the ones we love the most on October 1st 2022!
