If you are staying at the wedding location, arrive on Friday, Oct 31st for check-in at 4pm and depart on Monday, Nov 3rd for check-out at 10am. Sunday is a fun free day.

We are providing Friday night pizza dinner at the lodge and Saturday Reception appetizers and dinner with non-alcoholic drinks. Please let us know ASAP if there are any dietary restrictions! Sunday meals are FFY (Fend for yourselves) since it's a free day. Breakfast for 30 people at the lodge. Saturday Billie volunteered, Sunday is Mary and Tom - thank you!

We are providing a few varieties of beer and wine to serve yourself at the reception, but if you like something specific it's BYOB.

This is an outside wedding in the Fall in the mountains. The venue ceremony and reception are in the grass and are steps away from the Lodge accommodations. We recommend Casual Chic and wearing appropriate shoes for comfort in the grass.

Luke or Joel can escort any trick or treaters in the nearby neighborhood on Friday night.

We are not planning a wedding registry. Please celebrate the weekend with us and enjoy the area on Sunday.

There are 3 accommodations that we are using at the venue for guests that are walking distance to the ceremony and reception spots; Lodge, Farmhouse and Cabin. There is fire pit and hot tub available for use at the Lodge. Each accommodation has kitchen and living space. The rooms have private bathrooms with the exception of the Bunk room in the Lodge. Experience with the farm animals for an additional fee; Feed the animals and take an arena horse ride.
