As the older brother to the groom, Dj served as a role model for years from sports, academics, and life itself. Dj is a physician's assistant in Lansing, Michigan where he lives with his wife Dominique and two kiddos Bennie and Maevyn. As we got older we continued to bond over the fact the Packers own the Lions and who makes better parlays.

Taylor is Melissa's older sister and built in best friend. She raised her on late night drives, scary movies, and pop punk music. Although she lives 2,363 miles away, she continues to have unconditional support for her younger sister.

Colton has been like a brother to the groom since they were in diapers (at least he was). Even though Colton and the groom don't get to see each other as much as they used to, when they do see each other is like no time has passed.

Sydney and Melissa met in undergrad at Grand Valley. Their friendship consists of absolute buffoonery causing belly laughs till they cry. She has truly been a light in Melissas life and it will be a friendship that lasts forever.

Nolan is another friend that has been like a brother for many years to the groom. After countless weekends at each other's houses growing up, thousands of Madden tournaments, he can safely say he's got a brother for life.

Sydnee is Logans sister and Melissas "buy one get one free." Sydnee is one of Melissa's best friend and they seem to have more photos together than the bride and the groom. She is kind hearted and thoughtful, making Melissa incredibly fortunate to have such an exceptional sister-in-law.

Christian and the groom met in undergrad through many intoxicated nights and parties. As they’ve grown, their friendship matured and now they often rely on each other get through their hectic lives. Each other’s advice may not be useful or even good, but it still earns a good laugh.

Melissa and Maya met at Grand Valley 8 years ago. Their relationship grew over booty shaking late nights and trips to the U.P together. If you ever want to feel funny just talk to Maya, she loves to laugh. Maya has been an important person in Melissa's life and their friendship has only begun.

Tony and the groom grew up together because well.. they're cousins. But outside of that, their friendship grew through sports but got much closer in college. Tony now is a physician assistant in Grand Rapids, Michigan who specializes in checking for hernias.

Ally is Melissa's childhood best friend. They have been through every milestone 25 year olds can go through, and then some. She has been a pillar in her life, and they have endless stories together. Ally is truly one of a kind, and they will be friends for life.

Kyle is one of a kind. Seems to always be out to try to make others laugh and does good job at that. When Kyle is not working as a physical therapist you'll probably find him elbow deep in a bag of Takis.

Megan also met Melissa in undergrad at Grand Valley. They were introduced through mutual friends and quickly bonded. Megan and Melissa were often found studying together, but knew how to let their hair down for a night or two. They have been friends for years now and can't wait to continue creating lifelong memories.

Melissa and Logan lived with Hunter while finishing up undergrad. Hunter has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Hunter is currently getting his master's in geology on the West Coast. When his nose is not in a textbook he's probably trying to catch squirrels outside.

Machaela and the bride quickly hit it off when they were introduced some years ago. There is never a dull moment when these two are together. Machaela is truly a beautiful friend and they look forward to more adventures.

Griffin and the groom were roommates in undergrad and little did they know the memories that year would create. Griffin is a physical therapist in the Detroit area. When he is not working to help heal other people's chronic injuries he's probably teaching himself the newest dance moves or trying his luck with dairy containing foods.

Tara was an unexpected blessing made at Grand Valley. They have shared highs and lows in life, and she is a friend Melissa can always count on. Tara is always down for a good time and willl continue to share those good times with Melissa.
