We are having the ceremony and reception at The Estate at Sunset Farm. The address is 3669 Centerville Rd, Bellbrook, OH 45305

Parking is available at the venue. When pulling up upon the main building, there is a side road that has a sign that says "Parking." You will need to follow the side road to the back of the estate, where it opens up into a large parking lot. There will be a long walkway that leads up to the estate where the ceremony and reception will be held.

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors in front of the main gates, whilst cocktail hour and the reception will take place inside the main building. Trust me, you'll love it! We have access to roam the grounds of the estate, so take in the views. If it should rain, the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Since we do not have many out of town guests, we opted not to reserve any blocks of hotel rooms. Options for hotels in surrounding areas: Homes2 Suites by Hilton Dayton-Centerville, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton-Centerville, SpringHill Suites Dayton Beavercreek, Tru by Hilton Beavercreek, or Hilton Garden Inn Dayton Beavercreek. Many of the hotels are pet friendly, just check out their websites.

Unfortunately, there will not be any shuttles or transportation set up to and from the venue. The managers of the estate will allow people to leave their cars overnight and find other means of transportation if needed. Here are some rental options if you are wanting to drive yourself: Turo, Enterprise, or Budget Car Rental. Here are some options if you are not wanting to drive yourself: Uber, Lyft, Cab Guys (call 937.505.0222), Anton's Transportation (call 927.252.4756), Walt's Taxi Cab (call 937.825.3861.), or have a designated driver/call a friend.

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Examples for women include sundresses, flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Examples for men include light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional. There are no specific colors you have to wear.

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

We will have appetizers, salads, pizza buffet, and of course, dessert! There will be gluten free and vegan friendly options.

There will be an open bar with a few options for alcoholic beverages. The bartender will be in charge of all drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Alcohol will be served by a designated bartender. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol nor will alcohol be consumed without the alcohol first being served by the bartender. House rules.

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 2956 Ambrosia Ln E, Xenia, OH 45385. A table will be set up at our reception for gifts and cards, if you would like to bring it to the wedding venue.

Guests should start to arrive at 3:30pm. The ceremony is set to start at 4:00pm.

Last call for the dance floor will happen around 9:45pm. The wedding reception will end at 10:00pm. Everyone and everything has to be out of the venue by 11:00pm.

There will be about a 45 minute time period between the ceremony and reception. This is when cocktail hour will occur. Our bartender will ready to serve. Enjoy the estate grounds, play a few games in the loft, or take some selfies at our photo booth.

Absolutely! Michael and I would love to see you capture our wedding through your eyes. However, we ask you leave the wedding ceremony to the professional photographers that will be there. After that, have at it! Take all the pics you want.

Of course! Michael and I are thrilled that you are able to join in celebrating our special day with us. We can't wait to see what you have captured on our big day.

There will not be a live-stream of the wedding

Cigarette and cigar smoking is prohibited. Vaping is allowed outdoors.

No glitter, confetti, stickers, paint, paint pens, or any type of rice. No pets are allowed, except service animals. No fireworks or sparklers.
