By chance, they met at church camp in Panama City Beach, Florida.

After church camp, Melody and Isaiah kept in touch through social media and countless FaceTime calls. Believing they might never meet in person again, they felt free to share their deepest, darkest secrets. After all, he is from Mississippi and she from Texas. Over time, this openness brought them closer, and they grew from strangers to best friends! Well into their friendship, Isaiah went to Texas on Spring Break to visit his friends from camp.

With mixed emotions, lots of prayer, and a gentle nudge from the mother of the bride, Isaiah and Melody realized that maybe their feelings ran deeper than just a friendship. One month after his visit to Texas, Isaiah was back and ready to make things official. Who knew love could be so sweet?
