Due to limited capacities and National Park permitting restrictions, we will only be able to accommodate parents and wedding party for the wedding ceremony on May 10th 2025. These numbers and limitations have unfortunately changed since we began planning in the early summer of 2023 and sent out Save The Dates. We have planned a fun-packed itinerary in Las Vegas for May 11-12th if you are interested in meeting and partying with us in Sin City after we say 'I Do'!

The Heim-Ziegler clans are covering roundtrip transportation from Vegas to Zion and back (for the Wedding Party, parents and siblings), Welcome Dinner, and Wedding Reception. In Vegas, a cocktail hour on Sunday night and lunch on Monday will be hosted and provided. All other activities are optional and will be a cash bar. Hotel Room Block Codes can be found under the Travel tab on our website. Rates as low as $32 a night in Vegas! The Club Night and Flamingo Pool day will be a cash bar.

About 2.5 hours, we highly suggest utilizing our privately reserved shuttle for our wedding guests and family. Read more about shuttle times and details under the Travel tab.

Due to airlines being sometimes unpredictable, we suggest traveling to LAS: Las Vegas on Thursday May 8th after work and spending the night in Vegas before catching the shuttle to Zion the next morning. If you are renting a car, arriving on Friday should be just fine.
