Is the wedding outdoors?
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all be outside, please plan accordingly. Rain accommodations will be made if needed.
Can I bring a guest/ date?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} and Guest" if you have been given a plus one.
Are kids invited?
Due to limited capacity of our venue this is an adults only event with the exception of immediate family. The names listed on your invitation reflect the number of seats reserved in your honor. We hope you use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
When do I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than August 12th, 2024.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not get an RSVP back from you by the date which we have provided, it will be considered a "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but we have to provide total guest counts to our venue and vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope you understand.
What if I can't make it?
Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "will not attend." If you have already RSVP's attending, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify the bride or groom.
What do I wear?
We'd love for you to dress up with us! Ladies, anything from floor-length to cocktail style dress is fine, and we encourage florals and bright colors. We recommend wedged heels or flats as cocktail hour and reception will be held on the grass lawn. Gentleman, we recommend a suit or sports coat. We kindly ask that you not wear denim, t-shirts, or ladies- a color shade resembling white.
What time is the Wedding?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM. We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes early to provide time for parking and seating.
How should I get there?
The bride and groom have arranged a shuttle to pick guests up from the hotel block. The shuttle seats 56 people and will be leaving at 4:45 PM. The shuttle will make multiple trips back to the hotel throughout the night.
There is plenty of onsite parking with attendants to guide you if you choose to drive.
Uber and lyft will also drop off at venue.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Drinks are on us. Please bring cash to tip our amazing bar tenders.
How will I get home?
We want everyone to have a great time and make it home safely. The bride and groom have arranged shuttle transportation that will start making trips back to the hotel at approximately 9:00 PM and and continue throughout the night. We recommend using uber or lyft if you have been drinking. Our venue will also allow any guests to leave their car overnight and return after 11:00 AM the following day to pick it up.
