We invite you to RSVP online via the instructions provided with the invitation or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

We ask that all guests have their RSVP in by July 19, 2024.

Tulsa Airport will be the closest to the venue and hotels as Jenks is a suburb of Tulsa. If you would like to look further out for different rates, Oklahoma City is within 2 hours and Dallas is within 3-4 hours.

As much as we would love to celebrate our day with everyone we possibly could, our venue has a strict capacity, thus we ask that you refer to your invitation to see how many seats we have reserved for you and your guests. Thank you for understanding.

The dress code is Cocktail Attire. Suggestions for this: cocktail dresses for the ladies and suits (tie optional) for the men. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans and shorts though and the color white, as we are reserving that for the bride. The wedding colors are shades of blue as well.

There is parking at the venue, please follow the signage upon arrival as there is a private drive on the property.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors; however, the cocktail hour will be outdoors while the venue is flipped.

We ask that all guests arrive thirty minutes prior to the time listed on your invitation to allow time for guests to park and find their seats.

While we love the idea of everyone getting to take snapshots of our celebration, we ask that all guests follow an unplugged ceremony guideline and refrain from using your phone during the ceremony.
