We Are Asking Guests to Pitch In

In lieu of gifts or a registry: we are asking guests who wish to stay overnight pay a certain rate, per person, for either one or two nights. This helps pay for your cabin, and ALL food. All meals including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner will be supplied. Water, soda, and coffee is also included.

Hotels are not immediately available in the surrounding area and this will give you the opportunity to stay in a clean, comfortable space right in the heart of Camp Auclair!

We did this because we want our guests to come and enjoy our wedding - safely. We want you to get home safely. We do not want our guests attending a BYOB function, and driving themselves home.

One Night: $100 Per Person.

Two Nights: $150 Per Person.

Ceremony & Reception Only: $60 Per Person.

Sheets (if renting): $0

We kindly ask payments are received by September 1st, 2024.

To Submit Payment:

Please Mail a Check or Money order to:

Taylor Belanger OR Mike Auclair

475 Mitchell Rd

Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107

If you would like to submit via bank transfer:

Please Text Mike or Taylor for the information.

Mike: 207-615-6504

Taylor: 207-240-6537

Don't forget to let us know if you are registering for one or both nights and if you are registering yourself and a plus one, or coming solo.

Cash:

We will take cash if you prefer to arrange a time to drop off, or give to us when we see you next. :)

We are avoiding wire transfer apps such as venmo and zelle to reduce fees for everyone.

Kids: Kids under 16 are $50 for the weekend.

How to Pack for BYOB

This is a BYOB weekend-long event! Beer, seltzers and canned cocktails can be consumed anywhere on campus and do not require the use of a Yeti or solid colored cup. All hard alcohol and wine will be served by our staff at designated cocktail hours. What you do in your cabin is your own business. Aka. Make your drinks in a discreet place and carry around campus in a cup that you can't see-through. Please be responsible and clean up after yourself. See your camp guide for more information on what to pack.

We will be permitting coolers of all sizes and will have designated 'cooler' parking so you can keep your supplies close by. (wheels are recommended)

Yeti cups or other cups with a lid that are solid in color can be carried throughout the property at all hours.

Be responsible. Staff can report any guest and have them removed for disorderly behavior and we will pretend we do not know you if this is the case.

Camp Auclair Packing List

We won't list the obvious items, but don't forget:

AFTER PARTY: Is going to get WILD. We are going all out. Sequins. Body suits. Blazers. Mirror ball everything. Feel free to wear whatever you think is FUN and likely wouldn't see the light of day if you didn't have some really fun friends to party into the morning with. Fur coats. Platform boots. Whatever. You. Want! Don't feel like dressing up? Don't have to! But be prepared to feel the FOMO.

All RSVP'd guests will have a place to sleep if they wish to stay overnight. Some accomodations are private cabins with full & queen beds, some are shared cabins with bunk beds.

We have spent hours finding you and your plus one the perfect spot to crash amongst our mix of friends and families and want everyone to feel comfortable. Most couples are either in a single cabin, or in a large shared cabin with one other couple. This allows you extra floor space to bring an air mattress should you wish to skip the bunks and use those as giant luggage stands.

With that being said, once RSVP's are returned, we will reach out to everyone via email or text with their own unique cabin assignment, and bed information so you can plan to bring sheets and a mattress if you wish.

Please let us know when you RSVP if you need to rent sheets. Pricing ranges from $15-$25.

Can I use my cellphone during the ceremony?

Please save it for later. We have hired the best photographer and videographers in New England. I prefer to let them work and our guests be absolutely present in this very special moment, with us. Thank you.

Are children allowed?

We kindly ask all children stay with an adult. We ask small babies and tiny humans that can't control their emotions during the ceremony be watched in a cabin or reception hall as the ceremony is being recorded. Thank you for understanding.

Do I need to bring my own bedsheets?

Yes. Beds are twin and queen size. Rentals are available for an additional fee. Please refer to your cabin assignment details for more information on what to pack. (Including towels!) If you are renting sheets this must be disclosed in your RSVP. Thank you.

Are pets allowed?

No. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
